EcoFlow batteries are produced by EcoFlow Technology, which was established in 2017. One of its co-founders is Lei Wang, a former engineer at DJI. Its other co-founders include Hannah Sieber, Fan Zheng, and Eli Harris. The company has used crowdfunding platforms such as Kickstarter and Indiegogo successfully to raise their initial funds.
