Some Background & Context
ZENITEC’s roots are found in the sociable LAN parties from the 90s and early 2000s, which naturally developed into hardware sales and support for other gamers. Retail sales and business support followed, focused on high performance systems for clients such as architects and other graphics design industries. Later experience in the financial and medical industries provided us with the insight into the legal requirements for industries where client privacy and security are paramount.
Through all the years our core ethos remained based on the human factor – computers are only as efficient as the people using them.
Human factors are the application of psychological and physiological principles to the engineering and design of products, processes, and systems. The goal of human factors is to reduce human error, increase productivity, with a specific focus on the interaction between the human and the computer system.
